2 soapnuts (reetha)

6–7 dried gooseberries (amla)

A few fresh curry leaves

1 spoon of your regular shampoo

How to Make the DIY Hair Rinse

Boil the Pomegranate Peel
Add the peel to a glass of water and bring it to a boil for about 2 minutes. -

Drop in the reetha, dried amla, and curry leaves. Let the mixture continue to boil for another 5 minutes. -
Let It Cool
Once done, remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature. -
Strain the Liquid
After cooling, strain the water into a bowl to remove solids. -
Mix in the Shampoo
Add 1 spoon of your usual shampoo to the herbal mixture and stir well.
How to Apply
