  1. 2 cups baking soda.
  2. 1 cup citric acid.
  3. 1 cup arrowroot powder (you can substitute with cornstarch)
  4. 3-5 Tbsp. water.
  5. essential oils (see blends below for your specific needs)


  • Mix the baking soda together with the essential oils until there are no more visible lumps.
  • Add the water on top of the mix and whisk.
  • Press the mix into your preferred molds, or a muffin tray. Let the shower disks dry overnight.
  • Store in an airtight container.
