“Filthy Rich” star Kim Cattrall has reduced the price of her Hamptons beach house.
The cozy cottage at 105 Gerard Drive in East Hampton is now asking $2.9 million — down from its original $3.25 million asking price last October.
“I think she tried to get that Covid premium and it didn’t work,” quipped a top broker. “It’s better priced now.”
The 1,232 square foot home features two bedrooms, one and a half baths, a chef’s kitchen and a screening room.
Cattrall bought the gated property for $420,000 in 1998, the same year that HBO launched “Sex and the City,” where she made her name. She even married her now-ex husband, Mark Levinson, on the home’s back porch.
The gated property sits on one quarter of an acre in the Springs on Gardiners Bay. The outdoor space features a hot tub fire pit and outdoor kitchen.
Last fall, Cattrall told us she will miss her “daily walks down Gerard Drive and that gorgeous ocean view sitting by the firepit.”
