Though she passed away in 1996, Baba Vanga’s predictions have lived on, earning her a devoted following. Her alleged correct forecasts include events like 9/11, the rise of Donald Trump, Barack Obama’s presidency, and the assassination of Indira Gandhi. Many of her prophecies involve war, political upheaval, and natural disasters, and she also left chilling visions for 2026.
But with everyone looking ahead to next year, some are forgetting that there’s still a full month of 2025—plenty of time for her remaining predictions to come true.
The Alien Prophecy
One particularly eerie prediction involves extraterrestrial life. According to reports, Baba Vanga foresaw that humanity would make first contact with aliens during a “major sporting event.” She described a “new light in the sky” that would be visible to people around the world, bringing humanity answers rather than fear.
While we’ve already seen many global sporting events this year—the Ryder Cup, Wimbledon, and the Women’s Euros—none reportedly brought alien visitors. However, attention is now turning to events still to come this month, including the FIFA World Cup 2026 draw in Washington, DC.
